Jersey Mike’s Shift Leader / Assistant Manager

We’re now hiring Shift Leaders & Assistant Managers and looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals who want to assist in managing a winning team at our Jersey Mike’s store. If you enjoy working with people and love to learn new things, we want you to help lead our Team! We’re immediately placing strong applicants.

• Participate in Jersey Mike’s team training.

• Show up reliably per your schedule.

Qualifications:

• Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself.
• Be able to operate computer systems.
• Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store.
• Be committed to customer satisfaction.
• Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience – preferably in quick service restaurant / fast food industry.

• $19.00 to $25.00 / hr
• Plus tips ($2 – $4 / hr additional)

• $18.50 to $21.00 / hr
